Gift Certificates can be purchased on the “About” page, midway down. The purchase is complete when the gift certificate has an ID code issued. Without an ID code, it is not a completed transaction.

We recommend wearing a tank, cami, sports bra, or tube top but we do have robes for your convenience.

No need to wash your hair for the appointment. Come to us as you would your hair Stylist. We suggest waiting two weeks after hair color.

Sorry, No Hair Extensions, artificial hair attachments, or dreads. The treatment would not be enjoyable and we will not risk damaging your investment. We appreciate the enthusiasm you have for our service and we are just as excited! However, this is the policy. Please don’t contact us asking for an exception.

If you have a medical concern or you’re past the first trimester of pregnancy, please consult with your medical provider prior to scheduling an appointment.

All appointments are scheduled by guests online and the calendar is updated in real time. If the day or time you’re looking for is unavailable on the calendar we have a waitlist you may add your name to. We can accommodate two guests together. Please schedule each person with a different Professional at the same appointment time if you’d like to come together.
